Delivery information
Nova Interactive Labs plans to offer delivery across Pakistan through suitable courier and logistics partners after the store is activated. Availability, delivery charges and estimated timing will be shown before a live order is confirmed.
Order processing
Once live ordering is enabled, orders will normally be reviewed before dispatch. Processing time may vary by product availability, address verification, payment status and public holidays. A customer may be contacted if an address or order detail needs clarification.
Delivery coverage
Coverage and timing depend on the destination city, courier service, weather, security conditions and the type of product. Remote or restricted locations may require additional time or may not be available for every product.
Delivery charges
Any delivery charge will be displayed at checkout or on the relevant product page. The final amount may depend on destination, parcel size, order value or a promotional offer. No delivery fee is being charged by this demo.
Tracking and missed delivery
Where tracking is available, the tracking reference will be shared through the contact details provided with the order. Customers should provide an accurate phone number and address and cooperate with reasonable courier verification. Repeated failed delivery attempts may require a new delivery arrangement.
